When you order any of our (Conditioners - Lotions - Skin Care - Shampoo's) we guarantee that you will feel or see positive results upon yourself within the first full week of using them after they are shipped to you. If you do not, we simply ask that you would send us a brief email letter telling us how you used it and why it didn't work for you. Upon receiving the product(s) back we will ship you out the equivalent dollar amount of product(s) of your choice one-time.
Even though we strive to ensure that every product is safe and works for everyone, with any "Personal Care Product" you should always test a small amount with a Q-Tip first on the back of your hand to see if you have any sensitivities. We try very hard to ensure that every product will be "100% Totally Immune System Safe" and yet we understand that every person is different.
NOTE - Due to health guidelines and procedures, we have a NO-Dollar Refund Policy on any opened cream, food, juice, lotion, nutritional supplement, or oil product. This means items such as Aloe Vera Juice, Coral Calcium, Coconut Flour-Oil-Spread-Sugar, Greens8000, Organic Proteins, Shea Butter, etc.
All other products may be returned within 30 days from purchase for a refund minus (HIS*) handling, insurance and shipping and a 25% re-stocking fee. This includes all fees the banks, credit card companies and processors charge us for both of your transactions when you order / refund.
All prices are in US Dollars.
If you order from outside of the United States, your customs agency may or may not apply a customs tax and applicable local sales tax to your package. Please be aware: Customs do stop certain products from coming through and you must accept all financial responsibility for your order.
The customer will cover ALL costs associated for New & Returned product(s), assume all responsibility for testing and using the product(s) and make sure the product(s) in question are shipped back to us packaged cleanly & safely.
