N.A.P. - NORTH AMERICAN PROJECTS

My name is Paul George Tima, and over the years I’ve watched this country and its economy slowly go down in a tailspin due to the lack of entrepreneurs, sound leadership and visionaries with enough capital and resources to put their concepts and ideas into reality and allow them to create new industries and millions of new jobs. Below you'll find written (Step-2 of my 3-Step) approach called, N.A.P. - North American Projects that I have written on how to lead our country and our economy forward in a positive way. #2 N.A.P. North American Projects:
The Second Program - along with my Equal Fair & Free Trade act, would help to create new industry along with millions of jobs throughout North America. N.A.P. or North American Projects will create new industries, generate wealth for millions of people, and provide an over-abundance of Tax Revenue for our North American Governments and States.
1) Joint Ventures - If the U.S. can put a man on the moon, help build a space station, send a rocket to Mars and back, then why can’t we partner and work with our neighbors to the North and South of us to have North American Projects or N.A.P. We build several projects in unison, the first two projects we build simultaneously the length of our countries borders, one with Canada our northern neighbor, from the Atlantic to the Pacific, and one with Mexico our southern neighbor, from Baja, CA to Brownsville, TX. We jointly start to build N.A.P. - North American Projects
a). There are so many positive attributes because the program keeps growing the economies, creating new jobs and increasing the tax revenue throughout North America. I believe this would be the largest project ever undertaken by multiple countries at one time. Here is a glimpse, imagine building a thoroughfare the lengths of both of our borders (See Above) and the possibilities that it could create. You would need workers in every category of life, architects, boiler makers, cable contractors, cement contractors, crane operators, electricians, engineers, general laborers, heavy machine operators, pipe fitters, plumbers, roofers, steel workers, surveyors, truck drivers, welders, etc. You will employee every category of worker whether (Non-Union to Union) from A to Z.
b). There are so many possible sub-programs that will be created, developed, and invented because the main program keeps growing. I.e. we could make the project Totally GREEN and use solar, wind and water.
2) Joint Ventures - Why do you think so many immigrants whether "legal or illegal" come to the U.S.? Could it be that they need a job? The answer is that they really need a job, just like you, they desire and need to help support their families in hopes of a better life. Try putting yourself in there shoes (you know, try walking a mile in another mans shoes). So, if all of the jobs were in Canada and Mexico, where would the U.S. people go? To Canada or Mexico, because we would desire and need to eat, live and help support our families in hope of the (American Dream). N.A.P. - North American Projects
a). We build a thoroughfare the length of the country, we innovate NOT desolate it. So that each country would still have it's over-all protection or safety net, the thoroughfare going down the center of the borders could be a (1-Mile) wide waterway. Then on each side there could be bike and jogging paths, highways, high speed railways, tunnels, etc. all powered by solar, water and wind turbines.
b). We build a thoroughfare the length of the country, we build cities NOT a wall. Along the thoroughfare we are going to need clothing stores, food stores, hardware stores, motels, resturants & eventually churches, homes, parks & schools.
3) Joint Ventures - like I mentioned by agreeing to build N.A.P. you really help all of our countries economically and will create new industries along with millions of new jobs throughout North America. N.A.P. will keep growing for decades, creating new industries, generating wealth for millions of people, and provide an over-abundance of Tax Revenue for our North American Governments and States. One area that it would help in dramatically would be Illegal Immigration. I.e. If a person could work on the N.A.P. project and earn a non-skilled or skilled wage of $15.00 to $30.00 per hour, do you really think they are going to come over here illegally and pick tomatoes for $3, $4, or $5 an hour?
a). We the people invest in the thoroughfare, we the people own the thoroughfare. We start building N.A.P. - North American Projects using capital investment through our banks, businesses, corporations, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, pension funds, retirement accounts, and even our North American Government's.
b). We the people invest in the thoroughfare, we the people own the thoroughfare. Though no single person or corporate entity will own any part of N.A.P., each of our countries will own thier respective side. While N.A.P. starts to build and contracts and leases are let out, spending will take place and this will create a HUGE Tax Revenue for our North American Government's and all of our States, dramatically reducing our National Debts while "We the People Earn Money$$".

In Summary:
By utilizing my Equal Fair & Free Trade, N.A.P. North American Projects & National Retail Sales Tax, inconjunction with Capital Gains & Corporate Tax = (0%), we'll dramatically help to turn our countries deficits, economies, jobs and unemployment, and our standards of living in a positive direction.
It works like this: When you have the ability to have equal fair and free trade, you keep you're manufacturing and technology bases working thus producing wealth and tax revenue. When you have innovation to build N.A.P. - North American Projects, you create industries and manufacturing, which in turn creates new jobs, which in turn creates wealth and more tax revenue. When you have equality, fairness & justice for all, a National Retail Sales Tax program off true consumption, "We the Peolple" will give to (Our Children & Grand-Children the American Dream).
